you walk down Observer). Bus stop at corner and two block walk to Clinton St. Bus.
First Stop on bus routes, so you ALWAYS get a seat.
Proximity to Holland Tunnel. Once you figure out the tricks and routes, its so easy.
Plus, leaving the city puts you home in seconds upon leaving tunnel.
You can walk to grocery store/liquor store/pizza, etc. Very convenient when it snows
three feet. You have fantastic restaurants a ten minute walk away.
Building has central AC. Washer/Dryer in each unit. Free Gym. Great Apartments
and I agree about the High Ceilings. Once you have it, its hard to live under nine
feet!"
